My name is Alan Kinsella and I am a Family Celebrant based in Ireland but can travel to the venue of your choice to assist you on your wedding day. I am a fully accredited Celebrant with the Irish Institute of Celebrants. It would be honoured to assist you in planning your Wedding, Vow Renewal or Baby Naming Ceremony.
I have been working in the Wedding industry for more than 25 years, as a florist and frontman for various wedding and corporate bands. I really enjoy helping couples to prepare for their big day. So it seemed like a natural progression to become a Family Celebrant. I am confident that working with you we can plan a Ceremony that will be very Special, creating memories that will last a lift-time. The heart of any Wedding Ceremony is the Love Story. Your Ceremony, which is unique to you as a couple is created in consultation with you.
Will my marriage be legal?
I am a Celebrant with the IIOC (Irish Institute of Celebrants). I can oversee all aspects of a Wedding Ceremony, except the legalities of marriage. I cannot sign your legal documents. You must do this through the HSE. Do we have to do the legalities?
As a registered Celebrant with the IIOC, I cannot sign the legal documentation to make your marriage legal. You can have your ceremony any time you wish and work with the HSE at a later stage to make it official.
When can we get married?
You can get married anywhere once you have received permission from the owner of the property. IIOC Celebrants can officiate weddings anywhere, 7 days a week.
Can we plan our ceremony from outside The Republic of Ireland?
That is not a problem. Technology has made it incredibly easy to play a ceremony from outside the country of Ireland. You can do this using Skype, Face Time or Email.
